“I had concerns about my hybrid battery in my Toyota Prius. Mentioned that to my mechanic I've worked with for quite a few years. He suggested I call Eric at Euro Auto. They've known each other for many years and felt Eric was more the expert on this matter. Eric was able to get me in for this service in a short time frame. “I purchased a 2004 Volvo s60 with low miles. Four months after purchase started having electronic issues. Several repair shops could not repair and was told it could only be repaired by aVolvo dealer. For $3200.00 they would replaced 3 electronic modules with no guarantee of solving any other issues. I was ready to junk car when a friend advised me to give Eric at Euro Auto a chance. Eric found the problem and fixed for 1/4 of the cost. I will be returning for future maintance and repairs”

“After bringing my pick up truck to a dealer multiple times only to be disappointed in their inability to find a problem i decided to bring my truck to Eric. It was the first time for brakes and needed a routine oil change and some various filters so i asked to him to also look for this squeak the dealer couldn't find. He took care of all the service doing only what's necessary not overloading my bill with work not needed as places have done in the past and found the squeak the dealer said they fixed but never had (charged only $25 to fix it). Also included was arranging to pick me up and drop me off at home so i was not bothered with inconveniencing someone to get my truck there and back. In closing i would like to say it was a good experience to work with someone who is a local family man with roots in the area that cares enough about you and his business to make what is usually an unpleasant experience painless. Definitively the first time i felt that i received more than what i paid for. Great job Eric!”

“I own a older 1997 BMW 328i, that Euro auto services, If not for Eric's expert knowledge of BMW cars, My car would not be pushing 200k miles and still going strong. From mechanical to electrical Eric knows these cars inside and out. His garage is packed with all the latest technology to test and diagnose any issue you experiencing. They wont sell you something you don't need or try break the bank, they get to the issue and fix it right the first time. “I love my 2002 VW Passat and have never really needed major work done. My regular mechanic referred me to Euro Auto when I recently had oil leaks in the engine as he is not as experienced in VW engine repairs.
Eric took the car right in, sent me photos of all the work to be done and gave an honest quote. He even threw in reconditioning my very discolored headlight lense covers at no charge!
I was impressed when every part he needed to replace was shown to us and I was asked to test drive before I paid and took it home.
My car is now oil leak free, running better than ever and road safe after brake issues and stabilizer bars were located and repaired. The brakes had been acting up but other mechanics did not find the issue for my warning lights! He even has been spending extra time to locate a replacement glove box for mine that the latch is broken! With Success!
Needless to say - I will be using Euro Auto for any maintenance or repair needs for my Passat in the future!”

“Called with a question and was told to bring my vehicle up the same day to have them look at it. In less than 20 minutes Eric was able to diagnose the issue at hand and eased some concerns about other areas on the truck.
Eric told me his plan to fix my leak and called me later that evening with a price which was far more reasonable than any other garage around.
I dropped the truck off Thursday night and Eric had called me before lunch on Friday to let me know it was all set. When I arrived to pick the truck up he took the time to show me in person, in addition to the pictures he sent me of the progress, the damage to the old part and explained what likely caused it.
Hands down the most honest and straightforward mechanic you will find.”

I'm a service manager at an hvac company located in south Windsor and we work all over CT. When one of my service vehicles breaks down sometimes it's a logistical nightmare to get that vehicle and my service person back home. I called euro auto explained to them that I had a vehicle down at a customers house.They made me feel like a regular customer that's been going to them for years. They offered to come out to the job site to repair the vehicle. Fortunately we were able to bring the vehicle to them where they were able to repair the flat tire for a fair price and get my guy back on the road within 17 min. (according to gps). All of this was done before I could even make arrangements for payment. It was a real pleasure dealing with them and would definitely keep them in my contacts for emergencies in that area. “There is no doubt, Euro Auto has saved my father's 2002 Crown Victoria. My father passed 2 years ago. More than an emotional attachment, this car became a priority. It start breaking down, I just felt the car had enough. Until my job coach told me about Eric and Euro Auto.
Since July, this car has given another life. Then last week, the car couldn't go forward or reverse. I heard one of the comments: the transmission. If it is- once again - the 17 year old car had enough. I'm thinking it's time to buy another car. I thinking for the worst.

“I'm up here from Alabama and needed some work done on my 2008 Ford F350 so I stopped in at Eric's place. Right away he was able to diagnose my problem he also pointed out a couple of other things that needed attention. He does top-notch work and I like the fact that he treated my vehicle like it was his own. Being from the south you become accustomed to a certain kind of hospitality and I have to say Eric displayed that hospitality while he was working on my truck. He took photos of everything that he done and sent them to me. He called before he done any additional repairs to make sure that it was okay. He walked me through the repair process step by step and as soon as he finished repairing one thing he would call to let me know that it was done and that he was moving on to the next issue. I would highly recommend and have highly recommended that people in Connecticut make the drive to Euro Auto and have Eric maintain their vehicles. I travel all over the country for work putting thousands of miles on my vehicle so things are going to wear out, and good mechanics are hard to find. Eric takes pride in his work I'm sad to say that when he retires Connecticut will lose a darn good mechanic. I can tell you one thing as long as I'm in Connecticut Eric will be the only one that works on my vehicle.”

“My parents recently moved to Bethlehem, CT, just up the road from Euro Auto. My father had recommended that I got there to get my car looked at when I was visiting them as he stated the owner has done excellent work on his Insight.
When I brougt my 2004 Volvo S40 I was under the assumption that I needed bake brakes. The owner asked if he could drive it up the road with me so that he could see if that was the case. As we drove it up the road he immediatley could feel and hear that it was the rotors that were the issue, not the bake brakes, and was able to explain why that was the case.
I have been to many mechanics and NONE of them would have been as kind and taken the time to ride in the car with me to figure out exactly what the issue was, nor bother to explain the inner workings of the car in laymens terms for my own knowledge. This proved to me that he was not out to get my money, but instead genuinely cared about my satisfaction and safety. My car has been riding excellent ever since, and I will definitely be making the drive when my car needs work in the future!!
